citinow Terms and Conditions

In this document, "citinow", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the citinow website and its related services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered with citinow or is using its services.

citinow is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating for Bangladeshi users. For more details about us, you can visit the About Us page.

These terms are available in English and Bengali. However, if any conflict arises between the two language versions, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on citinow and use any gaming or betting service, a user must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts of underage users will be cancelled immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person or members of the same household create multiple accounts, citinow reserves the right to suspend all such accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be complete, accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

citinow may request identity verification for security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in withdrawal and other services being restricted.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details fully confidential. Never share your password or OTP with anyone. citinow staff will never ask for your password or OTP.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team. The user is responsible for all activity on the account unless they have notified citinow in a timely manner.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• Avoid responding to phishing links or suspicious messages.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on citinow is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming or betting on the account from which the payment was sent. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Withdrawals will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise verified.

4.3 Transaction Verification

citinow reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any transaction. If fraudulent activity is suspected, a transaction may be put on hold or cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500 — before the bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus is only applicable to the account to which it has been granted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless specifically stated.
• citinow reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 Incorrectly Credited Bonuses

citinow reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings incorrectly credited due to a technical error. Deliberately using such funds may result in account suspension.

citinow has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the maximum cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

VIP level upgrades depend on active gaming activity. Although citinow does not publish specific turnover figures, regular and active members have the opportunity to move up to a higher level automatically.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

citinow is committed to ensuring a fair and equal gaming environment for all users. If any user attempts to gain an advantage through technical errors, software vulnerabilities or unfair methods, their account will be closed immediately.

7.2 List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or fraud
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems
• Harassing or threatening other users

7.3 Permitted Games

Games available on citinow are limited to those displayed on the site. Playing games using third-party software or tools is strictly prohibited.

• Deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion: The option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period is available.

citinow may activate self-exclusion at a user's request or at its own discretion, particularly if it appears that someone is gaming without control.

citinow always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, service disruptions may occur due to technical problems, maintenance breaks or unforeseen circumstances. citinow will not bear any liability for compensation in such situations.

• If a transaction error occurs due to a problem with the user's own device, that is the user's responsibility.

12.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account voluntarily. However, before closing, the remaining balance must be withdrawn and any active bonus conditions must be met.

citinow may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Registration with false information
• Suspicion of money laundering
